The process of user testing
User testing is carried out with a sample of potential customers. They are given a list of tasks that they should complete using your website. We monitor what problems they encounter, how theymanage navigation on the pages, and how fast they can look up the information needed. We determine what they can’t find on the pages, what they don’t understand and why.
Orientation of visitors on pages is influenced among other things by an appropriate and characteristic choice of keywords in menu,graphic resolution of links, text layouton the page, and also the size and type of font or the background color.
At the end of the user testing we give you a report with listed faults detected by users during the testing process and problems they struggled with. We also present a proposal of the best way to remove the faults.
