What are the advantages of our e-shop?

We develop all e-shops with the objective of the maximum optimization possible. We give much attention to the source code. Every e-shop contains many elements supporting SEO (category descriptions, articles, sub domains, etc.). Consultations of a graphic designer and a programmer with a SEO consultant take place during the development process in order to prevent alterations of appearance and code after the e-shop launch. - Stable
A database and a file system are created so as to ensure high stability for an e-shop containing a large number of products. The application is ready for large e-stores with independent floors (departments) consisting of tens of thousands of products. The e-shop core is designed so that display of pages is as fast as possible. Data intensity of the used elements (large pictures, animations, etc.) is carefully measured during creation of the graphic design. - Usable
Placement of individual elements is consulted during the whole process of the e-shop development with the objective to create a shop, in which the visitor will be able to orientate himself well, to which he will like to return and maybe become a regular customer. After the e-shop launch we measure a conversion ratio (the ratio between the number of orders and the number of visitors), and subsequently we make changes leading to the increase of the ratio. - Secure
The administration is protected by a system of passwords, which are allocated to individual user accounts. The passwords are saved in an encrypted form, so not even the shop administrator is able to retrieve a forgotten password. During every action after signing in to the administration the user’s identity is checked using a combination of an IP address and random numbers, which rules out the possibility of an attack while accessing the system. - Easy to manage
The e-shop administration is designed for demanding administrators of large e-shops as well as for beginner salesmen. The administration control contains a number of checkpoints and information messages, so the administrator has a constant overview of the shop status.

A core of the system consists of the following modules, without which it is not possible to carry on the e-shop:
- Structure administration– For creation and administration of electronic catalogue structure (categories)
- Product administration – For creation and administration of products and their properties (price, description, etc.). It provides for a product to be shown in one or more categories of the electronic catalogue, administration of delivery terms, sales, news, manufacturers, etc.
- Advanced product administration – Facilitates further administration of products. Especially hiding products, creating new products without immediate publication, bin of products to be removed, multiple copying between categories, etc.
- Parameter administration– For set up and editing unlimited number of parameters and easy data entry for each product. Parameter administration is designed in a sufficiently general form in order to meet the demands of every e-shop.
- Picture administration – Provides for loading of unlimited number of pictures of each product. Previews of pictures are automatically created with a size according to the graphic design.
- File administration – For loading any number of files and administration of various file types for each product.
- Order administration – The basis of electronic ordering. Basic functions for the administrator: sorting of orders by status, possibility of deleting orders, detailed information about the order and the customer, etc.
- Information e-mails– The administrator has a possibility to edit the text of automatically sent e-mails.
- Delivery editing – The administrator can enter and edit prices and types of delivery, which are included in the options of an electronic cash desk.
- User rights – For setting up user rights for administration (for example the administrator is allowed to do everything including creating new users, the product administrator can only edit products and their properties and cannot interfere with other parts of the administration).
- User administration – Creating and editing an unlimited number of user accounts with different rights.
- Content administration – A basic administration of text content of the presentation (About Us, Contact, etc.). It contains an interface for entering and editing a full-featured content: texts including formatting, pictures, links, attachments, etc.
Statistics I.
It enables the e-shop administrator to monitor an access statistics and information about visitors. This module is adjusted for e-shops, and besides standard statistic outputs also shows other useful information for marketing of your e-shop. The following statistics are available in these time intervals: today, yesterday, this month, last month.
- Basic statistics. Overview of visits and entries in the form of a chart and a table including data about total number of visits and entries for a given time period.
- By category. Information about number of entries into individual categories. Data are shown in a table form and also in a well-arranged preview that has a tree structure.
Statistics II.
Additional features compared to Statistics I.:
- By product. Information about number of entries to individual product pages. Data are shown in a table form. It is possible to display most/least visited products or data about products from one category.
- Visitor statistics. Shows data about used hardware (monitor resolution, color depth) and software (used browser) in a chart form.
- Search - Servers. A list of linking servers with the possibility of a detailed listing, statistics of entry type (direct entry, search engines, website) and statistics of entries through search engines.
- Search - Fulltext. Statistics of entries through fulltext search engines, keywords entered in each server, visit rate trend.
- Search - Catalogue. Statistics of entries through catalogue search engines and other web servers, a detailed listing of pages through which was the entry made, visit rate trend.
- Search - Products. Statistics of entries through product (goods) search engines, a listing of searched products, visit rate trend.
- Search – Paid advertisements. Statistics of entries through paid advertisements (banners, PPC, etc.), a detailed listing of scheduled campaigns and keywords, visit rate trend.
- Search - Phrases. A list of keywords and phrases entered into search engines. A possibility of sorting by number of entries or alphabetically.
Finances
This module provides for a display of information about order transactions and trends in product prices. Makes entering prices and administration of product sales easier. One of the Statistics modules is needed for this module.
Module functions:
- Total turnover. Shows total e-shop turnover in a chart form together with a table of values for a day, a month, a year or more years. Shows statistics of entries in one chart with sales statistics and, therefore, enables you to monitor an entry/sale ratio.
- Number of orders. Shows a total number of orders from the e-shop in a chart form together with a table of values per day, month and year.
- Sales by product. Shows the most sold products per month or sales of individual products in a selected category.
- Trend – Average order values, conversion ratio, a number of orders and turnover by weeks and months.

This module creates an automatically updated export to Seznam Goods.
XML export - other goods search engines
This module creates an automatically updated export to approx. 15 other goods search engines (www.jyxo.cz, Centrum zbozi, nejlepsi ceny.cz, etc.).
Margin system
This system enables you to enter % of margin by a product price for individual manufacturers. By changing the margin values it is possible to easily update prices of all products.
Saleadministration
Support of products in sale. The administrator is able to set up a sale price and duration of the sale. After the end of the sale, the product price is automatically set up to the original value.
